Update On Ankle Injury

Injuries ...

My ankle still keeps me from racing. An ankle specialist confirmed I still need more rest for the bone to heal properly.
It’s getting better every day, but very slowly. Way too slow if you ask me..

This means the races in Larache (MOR), Cagliari (ITA) and Madrid (ESP) will take place without me.
Currently my coach and myself are hoping I’m able to run again in late june or early july.

In the meanwhile I’ll keep working hard on the swim and bike.
I’ve planned to participate in several bike races to keep my body and mind sharp in anticipation of my season’s first triathlon race.
